Has conducted over 800 Parent, Teacher and Principals orientation programmes throughout Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Andhra, Telangana and Karnataka. He serves as a master trainer and potential resource person for the CBSE and other publishing houses.

Has been a part of various National and International conferences, presented research papers on topics such as Innovative Pedagogies, Charismatic Leadership, Personal & Professional Development of Teacher’s community and Collaborative Learning.

He is a Certified Master Practitioner in NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and ABLE Trainer from IIPE Canada. Being a psychologist and NLP Master Practitioner he always empowers people to realize that they determine the outcome of their own lives. He has always searched for new methods and approaches to pass along to their teachers, students and at the school.
